Shipping Times
We are proud to offer FREE shipping Australia-wide.
If the product you ordered is in available and in stock, your order will be prepared for shipment immediately and dispatched from our dispatch location in Western Australia. Please note it will take 1-2 business days to ship your product and 5-7 business days for your product to arrive. We are constantly striving to improve our shipping times and we endeavour to have your product arrive faster than the estimated arrival date.
Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
Note: We can help you change the shipping address as long as your order hasn’t been dispatch. Please contact us over email at hello@driftblankets.com.au in order to get it changed.
Once we dispatch to our couriers, the transit time is dependent on the courier. We use Australia post, Sendle (Couriers Please and Fastway) Startrack, Toll and TNT depending on the receiver's postcode.
Western Australia locations: 1 to 3 business days
Capital cities eastern states of Australia only: 5-10 working days
Rural: 3 to 5 business days
Remote: 5 to 10 business days
Express post is available upon request and can incur extra charges. To purchase this option, please select express delivery upon checkout.
Please note that during COVID-19 express post is delayed up to 5 business days.
Wrong address disclaimer:
Kindly note that if an inaccurate address is provided and not brought to our attention prior to delivery, Drift Blanket Co. is not held accountable and the order will be shipped to the address provided. Drift Blanket Co. will not provide refunds for wrong information that has been submitted by the customer.
If Drift Blanket Co. needs to contact a shipping provider to change your address or have your item returned to us before the item has been delivered, you are responsible for a $40 restocking fee. If your item is returned to us due to inaccurate shipping information or due to refusal, you will receive a refund for the product returned minus a $40 restocking fee. If you are seeking an item exchange, the restocking fee is not applicable.
DELAYS DURING COVID-19
Our Drift team are constantly working to ensure high safety standards and measures are upheld in regards to hygience and social distancing when packaging your orders.
Due to courier delays, high-volume requests, limited flights, increased parcel volumes and social distancing laws due to COVID-19, please allow additional business days for your order to arrive, for both standard and express delivery. At present, Australia post are advising an additional 5-7 business day delay.
We understand delays are frustrating and timely but please be assured we are doing everything within our power to have you snuggled in your Drift Blanket as safely and efficiently as possible.
Finally, we'd like to thank you for your patience and support during a very challenging time. Launching a small business is never an easy feat, let along during the height of a pandemic and we couldn't have got this far without you!
