30 Day Peace of Mind

We hope you love your purchase and understand that sometimes it can take slightly longer than expected to   experience the immediate and positive effects our weighted blankets provide. We highly recommend using our product for at least 10 days to determine that the weight is correct.

We do recognise that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you can return the item 30 days after the purchase date, unless stated otherwise in the description.

To be eligible for a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is also required and your product must be in the original packaging. Your item(s) must be unwashed and in the same condition as received. This means no animal hair, bodily stains or food spills etc. As we do not resell used blankets, your blanket will be processed or cleaned, and either donated to charity or those in need.

Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

All customers will be required to pay the return shipping costs to our dispatch location in Western Australia. Please consider this information before selecting your weight as you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Please note we limit exchanges/returns to 1 time per order.

We will be unable to accept your return for refund if your purchase falls outside the 30-day trial period, regardless of the condition and state of your blanket.

Please do not send your purchase back before corresponding with us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will communicate with you via email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once your return is processed, we will initiate a refund for the item automatically to your original method of payment. The full refund process may take 10 to 15 business days depending on the payment method used.

Should the blanket come back soiled or damaged in any way we will not be able to issue to refund or exchange.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@driftblankets.com.au

Should you be returning your item for an exchange we will cover the cost of the new item to be shipped out to you. Please note we limit exchanges/returns to 1 time per order.
